On January 22nd, the Kindergarten classes will be traveling to the Peterborough Community Center for a Farm to Table event. As a part of our ongoing Farm to School experience, the Peterborough Agricultural Commission and PES have hired the Cornucopia Project to organize and host the Farm to Table event. We’re going to call it “See it. Make it. Eat it.”
The students will be involved in harvesting and preparing carrots to be added to a vegetable soup. They’ll also get to enjoy a story and activity with a community lunch at PES during their lunch period on the 22nd.
