Students returned to school last week excited to meet their teachers, see their old friends, and hopefully make some new ones.
Bobby the Bobcat surprised us with a visit during our virtual all-school meeting. The students were excited to see our old friend. Mr. P. was lucky enough to get a quick photo before he headed off into the wild.

Students at PES learned a little bit about Vincent Van Gogh in Ms. Compton’s art class this week. Following a discussion about one of the world’s most recognizable paintings, “The Starry Night”,
After school on Tuesdays, 3rd and 4th graders are challenged to create, collaborate, build, and problem solve during Lego Club. This week’s challenge was to build a floating vessel and see how many pennies it could hold without sinking.
